Tomorrow is cheat meal day after a long first week of dieting. I still want to track my cheat meal to see how far over my typical daily dieting calories I'm going. During the week I have a daily 1000 calorie deficit, so I plan on maybe only having about a 500 calorie deficit instead on Sundays to give myself a break.
Moral of the story... Pizza and football are meant to be together. That's what I want. How many calories are in a typical NY/NJ Pizzeria plain cheese slice? I know there's no definite answer, but I'd like to hear what you would track it as. MyFitnessPal has it at 285, so I'm leaning that number, but there are also other ones with different amounts.
