Food Addiction

I noticed that when I eat fast food it seems to make me go off track way faster than other foods. After I stopped eating a bowl of fruit each morning (I got broke since I buy my own groceries and work minimum wage in fast food) that I was binging at night again. I really think that missing out on those natural sugars made me crave artificial ones (or just crave the sugar from fruit but I couldn’t afford it).

I read this tonight after noticing some patterns after eating fast food and thought it could be helpful to explain habits.
