Hey r/loseit,
I've been getting into working out recently as the pandemic hasn't been nice to my... well... shape. With gyms closed and what not I'm wondering what websites or apps you have been using to r/loseit or any tips that you may have for someone getting back to working out for the first time in months.
I've tried things like Nike Running Club and Strava but I found that they're too focused on one area of fitness (Ex. Running) and are more about mapping where I've been, not giving me new ideas. When I go to the gym I like to keep switching out exercises to keep things new, but also like running and going for bike rides with my family in the warmer months.
