Hope you're having a most fabulous Tuesday!
Weight: Not this morning.
Stay within calorie range (maintain at 2000 ish): It was off the rails today kids.
Exercise 5 days a week: Walk & errands. 6/12 days.
Self-care journaling (once a week, 60 minutes): Yep, just sat down with it tonight. 2/2 week.
Try a new recipe once a week: Roasting some rutabaga right & a new green chili recipe. 2/2 weeks
Express gratitude, mindfulness or HOLIDAY CHEER: Two bunnies had a cute little standoff & watching bunnies hop straight up in tandem almost killed me. I've also seen a coyote, a buck, several birds of prey & a trash panda. Go mother nature. Handled the stocking shopping too, hopefully done with Yuletide expenditures, financial & emotional energy wise.
