First, thanks for you guys who comment on posts with ideas, plans and strategies. I never commented or posted because I felt some shame but I soaked up as much as I can.
2 and 1/2 months ago I weighed 257lbs. I have an overhang gut that disgusts me but I could never do anything about it blaming being a dad (dad bod lol) and working so much.
It got to the point where I had enough and seeing people worse off very successful that I too can be and I have!
My diets changed completely. I'm working out every day and I'm losing on average 1lb a day. I'm working towards my 180 goal by October and I feel awesome. Thanks for the people who help, comment, and are overall sincere. You guys are the real MVPs
