Seeking a precious advice!

Hey everyone! I'm Jamal, possibly a new member to this amazing community, from what I've seen in this subreddit the way you all help each other to get out of their misery is wholesome.. So i'm really looking forward to join you in this journey!

I'm almost 19 years old, I've been obese since i was in 6th Grade, I had an abusive father and I wasn't allowed to play outside, so i spent my time eating and playing video games alone in my room and here we are..

I'm 5'10" (178 cm), and i whey around 236 pounds (107 kg), I'm literally sick of myself.. and i have a bad self esteem, so I wanna recover from that ASAP..

I have a heavy bag at home and I do boxing, i also have a treadmill..

The question is.. What's the best diet that you guys can recommend for me.. based on my numbers (5'10", 236 pounds and 18 y.o)
