heyy so I have recently decided that I need to lose some weight (about 6 kilos) and since we are quarantined this is the perfect time to finally make a change and start school looking and feeling my best. I have tried to lose weight many times throughout these past two years but every time I ended up binging or giving up halfway through my workouts. so every time I am tempted to binge I will write an update and remind myself why I want to lose weight. 1 month from now I will have the body that I have wanted for so long 1 month from now I will be comfortable in my skin I will prove everyone wrong
