Got injured for a month.Recovered.Gyms closed. trying a new method to maintain muscles while cutting?

For the past 13 months, I was on a caloric surplus. Stopped because I gained too much fat.

For the past 3 months, I have been on a caloric deficit while going to the gym 5 times a week following an all-body workout program. got injured. Took me a month to fully recover.

Went back to the gym after my recovery then covid-19 started spreading so my city closed all the gyms.

I'm currently at 17% body fat and I want to get to 7%. That is my goal.

I'm maintaining a high protein diet which is ~200g. Since the gyms are closed, I'm cycling to burn 700-1000 calories a day. my maintained weight is ~1800. I eat ~1300 a day.

On Weekends I eat a bit more but nothing extreme. around 1900

Any comments? suggestion? anything to do or not to do?

thanks guys and girls!
