The last 3-4 weeks of my cut

Female 5’9 153lb I have lost 42 pounds total, but currently I am in a cut cycle. Lost the bulk of my weight last year, did a bit of a bulk earlier this year to put on muscle, and have been working on cutting fat for the last 9 weeks. The last few days have felt especially difficult. I am a week out from my cycle & I know that really affects my hunger levels, fatigue, and cravings. I have pushed through and I am taking it day by day. Just ready for these next three weeks to pass! I lost all of my weight without calorie counting - eating smaller portions & being mindful of what I’m eating made a big difference. I’ve been doing the same this time around- no calorie counting just portion control & protein focused meals. I’m lifting 4x a week and hitting 10k steps 6 days a week along with 3-4x ab workouts. I am currently at 153 and I am hoping to get down to 145 by the end of this cut. I will then spend the rest of 2021 working on building muscle. In January, I will do another cut. My big aesthetic goal is to see ab definition but also to build muscle all around. My performance goal is to do unassisted pull-ups and continue to lift heavier.

Just wanted to share where I’m at, my long term goals, and encourage everyone else to keep going!! If anyone has any questions or I can offer support in any way, don’t hesitate to ask!
