I'm 6 weeks in to using Lose It to track my calories after gaining 2 stone over lockdown. I started at 14st 10lbs and am down to 13st 13lbs, which is great! However I've been stuck on 13 13 for two solid weeks and I'm getting irritated by it.
I know weight is funny and not strictly a gauge, and I am noticing physical differences but it's so disheartening that I seem to have got stuck this early on!!
I was on my period during that time so I figured once that ended it would go down but I've been off for a week and no avail :(
Can I get some kind words / explanations of why it has stagnated?
Side note: I'm still working from home in a very sedentary way so I'm currently doing 1200 calories per day as I'm not able to exercise beyond calisthenics between work calls!
