I am just coming off losing 4lbs in a week after starting to lower my carbs and take up a cardio/lifting routine. I was so excited but for the past 4 or 5 days ... I don't know, I've been having uncontrollable cravings for ice cream, chocolate, candy. I've been trying not to over eat as much as possible but yesterday I failed (2100), and today I've already consumed about 800. I feel like my cravings have finally been satisfied and I'm ready to get back on track. I feel huge bloated and have gone up 5lbs.
It's only 9 am .. what do I do for the rest of the day after pigging out on nothing but candy?
