Can a 6 foot 1" tall, 23 year old guy who's 315lbs lose 95lbs that is 220lbs and not end up with Loose Skin?

I have had many weight fluctuations after 16. At 18 years old I lost 45lbs in 4 months, my weight was 264lbs it dropped to 219lbs in just 3-4 months because my girlfriend that time told me to. After 2 years when she cheated on me for one of my childhood friends and dumped me I got depression. And gained all that weight back when I was 21.

Then at 21 years old I gave up losing weight and I started eating fast food, soda every single day until about last month. For the last month or so I stopped eating too much junk food cause I had sleep paralysis ,my doctor told me it was because of being obese.

But now I want to lose weight but really afraid if I will end up with Loose Skin! No girl would ever date me if I have loose skin! I usually meditate at the beach shirtless I don't want loose skin to be hanging when I walk in the beach. If I didn't gain all that weight from 219lbs if I focused on getting muscle at that time I would've been a different and healthier person. Now I have a fat jiggly belly and man-boobs! 😭💔
