Weight Loss for Everyone: So I am a M16 and I want to lose weight.

Saturday, November 16, 2019

So I am a M16 and I want to lose weight.

For the past couple of years I’ve fluctuated between 230-250 lbs and I’ve been in this range for about 5 years (I’ve grown like 3 inches in height) my lowest in these five years has been about 220 which was for about a couple months but then it came back up.

I’m glad that I’m not gaining weight at an alarming rate but at the same time I want to lose a lot of it and return to 220 and maybe even get to the 190s.

The problem that I’m having is trying to get started. I don’t know what type of food I should be getting or how often I should head to the gym and how many calories I would need a day or what workouts I could do in my room in the morning or before I go to bed.

If anyone has any recommendations I would be grateful!
