Whenever I reach a certain weight I bounce back up

I've always been overweight, but November this year I'm turning 30, so I decided that I want to be the fittest I can. I need some motivation from people that have been through my same journey! The first time I decided to really start loosing weight was 3 years ago. I started at 95 kg and reached 70kg. I was so happy, but I bounced back to 80. Last year I decided to start again. I reached 72kg, got happy and bounced back again to 81. January I started again, and now I'm at 71 kg, and I've been stuck here for over a month! I seem to always plateau when I reach this critical weight, so I loose motivation and gain again. But not this year!! I'm female, 163 cm, and my goal is to be in the 60-65 range. I'm so close to my goal! How do you keep yourself motivated to push that extra mile? What do you do to get out of that plateau?
