During quarantine, it really gave me time to change my habits, since about April I’ve been doing CICO on MFP and eating around 1,200 cals a day. (Don’t be alarmed, I am a 5’4 female and only need to eat that much per day to feel full anyway.) I’ve also started exercising pretty much everyday, doing 300-600 calories worth of exercise. I have noticed I’ve become increasingly fitter which is also super nice. My starting weight was 147lbs and is now 132lbs. I wasn’t even tracking my weight throughout, but I did hop on the scales for the first time and was super glad with the results. I’d ideally like to possibly lose another 10lbs, maybe less, but I’m honestly feeling super good. I’ve just started a 2 week workout challenge and hoping that I’ll see some good results from that. Anyway I just wanted to let people know that it is achievable!
