Terrified of regaining weight

F/18/5’6 SW:204 CW:~130 GW: ~130

Hi! So over the past ~8 months I have worked super hard to lose a ton of weight. I have done so through mostly a super low calorie diet (around 1,100cals, which I know is not the best). I also worked out and kept pretty active, but not a crazy amount. I also shifted my view into eating just more whole, healthy foods which makes eating lower calories muchh easier. I am just at the point where I don’t want to lose much more weight, but I just don’t know where to start with easing off of my diet I have kept for so long. I keep reading these articles and posts about people that have worked so hard just to gain it all back, and how something like 90% of dieters regain the weight back and it TERRIFIES ME. I am still pretty young and my life is just so much better now that Im thinner It gives me anxiety thinking about being big again. :( any thoughts/advice on maintaining weight or coming off a low calorie diet would be super helpful! Or any comments in general. :) thank you, and love you all for always helping out when I have no one else to talk to about this <3
