SW:230 CW:160 GW:130
The drop from 230 to 160 was a three year progress. From 180-145 was 1 year. In this quarantine I gained 15 lbs bouncing from 145 to 160 and I feel absolutely defeated. I haven’t been working out and eating pretty much anything I want.
I know it’s not much in the grand scheme of things, but I am really struggling on getting back on track. My GF can pretty much eat whatever and hardly gain weight and it’s hard because where both WFH right now so it’s much easier to snack and eat all day.
I guess I just need motivation and some help on getting back in track. Snacking, not counting calories, not working out have all been terrible habits that have come from this quarantine. I’m always trying to get back into but really really struggling.
