I am 5"5 - I was 117lbs and am now 145lbs. I beat anorexia and am completely fked metabolically. I used to eat 500 calories or less a day for about 7 years and now I'm honestly just eating normally but gained weight in the last year or so due to work changes etc etc.. how do I bounce back? I don't really want to be skinny again but I do want to lose weight but still eat normally.. sigh. I am starting to hear a lot of comments especially from my mom.. it honestly sucks.
I work out for 30 mins a day and consume about 1500 calories a day. I do IF (12-8 eating window)
Any advice is appreciated. Thank you in advanced.
