About a month ago, I came looking for advice on how to turn around my poor dietary habits. I started at 238# a month ago and I'm happy to report that I've cut down to the 225# range (for the past three days).
I'm just trying to make better choices about what I'm eating. Smaller portions. And a lot more salad, as it were. Costco has this really awesome cherry almond blue cheese salad... So that with some chicken has been a staple of mine.
I'm trying break this plateau and keep going toward my goal of 180#. I just wanted to make a moment and thank all of you wonderful, supportive, people out there.
