I am 24F CW: 87-90 kgs (I don't know my exact weight and can't find out at the moment) GW: 54 kgs. Height: 5 feet and 4 inches. ODDS IN MY FAVOUR: 1. I am not on any medications. 2. I have access to healthy home cooked food. 3. I don't have binging problem or anything like that. And I am extremely grateful for the above. ODDS AGAINST ME: 1. I have fat accumulated in all the difficult to lose areas like hips, thighs, love handles, belly you know "pear shaped body." 2. My metabolism is in the toilet lol. ( I mean it is not good). 3. I have a sedentary lifestyle. (I know that can be changed...but just providing info). PROPOSED PLAN OF ACTION: 1. Consume somewhere between 1400-1650 calories by following CICO. 2. Do a 15 minutes HIIT WORKOUT everyday. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR INPUTS ON THE ABOVE.
PS: I DID NOT GAIN ALL THE WEIGHT ALL OF A SUDDEN, THE WEIGHT GAIN HAPPENED OVER THE COURSE OF 8 TO 10 YEARS DUE TO EATING JUNK FOOD AND NOT EXERCISING. BUT EVER SINCE THE PANDEMIC HIT JUNK FOOD CONSUMPTION HAS BEEN CUT OFF. THANK YOU!! HAVE A GOOD DAY!!
