I was really shocked this morning when I weighed the exact same I did for the last two days. Didn't even gai. 100g.

I'm pretty sedentary i think, so I really was expecting to pack on the pounds and have a shitton of water weight to go with it.

So I'm wondering why? Like why didn't I gain anyway and what happened to those extra calories I had. Where did they go?

Did I store them? Did I burn them? Did I eat less than I thought? (I'm pretty sure I didn't but yea. If 200g of dry pasta or so is 800 cal? and 2/3 of a mini cake like 600 cal, sort of 1/4-1/2 a watermelon is 600 cal, then im right. For the Just a little bit of flower, milk and 6-7 sugar cubed that's it. With some cheese with it. sounds nasty ik).

Like what happened. I need to know so I know how to "fix" this appropriately.

Planning on fasting today and burning 1000 on workouts. And be in a 1000 cal deficit the next day. You think that would be enough?
