Finally starting to see some weight loss - but now scared to take the pill

F20, 155cm (5' 1), 60.5kg (133lbs) - after weeks of yo-yoing around 135-138lbs I jumped on the scale this morning to realise ive lost 2lb since last week. yay! I've also lost an inch off the waist so pretty happy that im finally starting to see some genuine progress.

The only thing is, i remembered i've been prescribed the pill by my doctor and am supposed to start taking when I next get my period in around 2 weeks time. I'm really scared I'm going to gain weight from the hormones and not be able to lose it.

I've been prescribed levlen which I hear is really common and I know some people who didnt have any problems but knowing my luck I feel like I'm going to balloon once I start taking it. I previously took Yaz like years ago and it made me gain weight but not noticeable except for my boobs, and my b cup ass wouldnt really mind if my boobs went up a cup size again. I was also only 16 when I was on Yaz so who knows what'll happen now

So I guess I'm wondering if anyone has any experiences they could share to shed light on the issue? Especially if you've taken levlen as well id like to hear your stories. I just want to know if I can still lose weight while on the pill, or if I'll gain significantly at all.
