So I've been trying but failing to lose weight during this past month. I do a 16/8 intermittent and eat relatively healthy (rice, pasta with meats) a bit too much carbs but not much added sugar, and have struggled to lose weight honestly. I have difficulty counting calories so that might be the issue.Now I have a food scale so I can accurately measure a bit so I want to fully get into it by this week. I have to go to the beach with some people I know and I gained weight during quarantine and don't look the best. What can I do this week to maximize results, I'm willing to give it my all. Should I just try to get as big a deficit I can, or should I cut carbs to reduce bloating? Any help would be appreciated. I'm 16 years old and 5 foot 7, weighing 175 pounds
