Happy Friday!
Weight by end of month (200 lbs, preferably trend weight): No weigh in this morning, 201.5 trend weight.
Stay within calorie range (1500 ish): Maintenance! Allowed myself some fast food to tame the craving.
Exercise 5 days a week: 30 minute lunch walk. 22/26 days.
Self-care time (journaling, working on love journals, beauty treatments, drawing 0/26 days): New bed ordered!
Try a new recipe once a week: Curried chickpeas from dry beans, chickpea flour crepes (I helped, it counts), new recipe breakfast burritos, red sauce from semi scratch (canned tomatoes) & black-eyed pea soup so far. 5/5 weeks.
50 pages of The Body Keeps the Score: Not tonight. 0/50 pages.
No fast food or candy from the work dish: Day 23. 4 candy related lapses in judgement.
Listen to my effing body: Body says I didn't sleep enough last night so I gave it a very brief nap.
Be more mindful & express gratitude, avoid the hedonic treadmill: Grateful for being able to order a bed & get it within the week. Super handy for when you break your IKEA frame lols.
