How do you stay on track with diet and exercise?

Just a little background: I’ve always struggled with weight. I have to meal prep or I’ll end up eating junk food and I had been going to the gym 3-4 times a week. I have an active job 40 hours a week so I get some cardio in there. Lately I’ve had a hard time to even find the time to get to the gym or the energy. My wife just had knee surgery 2 weeks ago and a week after her surgery she got into a car accident and totaled her truck (she’s ok). We are also in the process of selling our house and buying a new house and moving in 3 weeks. I have to take care of more responsibilities after her surgery and car accident that she physically can’t right now, plus we have been going non stop with insurance and getting the truck replaced and getting all of our ducks in a row to move in a few weeks. My house is a war zone with moving boxes everywhere and I’ve been feeling so overwhelmed and stressed I just want to eat whatever I want and can’t even find the energy to go to the gym. What do you y’all do to keep yourself on track with life seems to fall apart all at once?
