How do you push to the finish line?

Hello everyone I’m a 5’5 female and I weigh 142 lbs and my goal weight is 130 lbs which is only 10 pounds away (so close but so far) and recently I’ve fallen off the wagon eating way above my deficit so the scale isn’t moving but today my step mom made a rude comment about what I was eating it wasn’t healthy but so what? she doesn’t get to say anything about what I eat especially since she constantly diets and always falls offs and cheats but that didn’t discourage me it just made me want to get the last 10 pounds off even more so starting tomorrow I’m going to go back to CICO and doing my Exercises because I know I can do it just how do I not cheat and eat so much? it’s not impossible how have you guys pushed to the rings line?
