Hi all!
I’ve been struggling with my weight a longgggg time and always struggle with gaining weight easily but having to work super hard to get anything off ! I struggle a lot with will power and sticking to my goals as I’m pretty easily able to convince myself to break them which is unfortunate and something I’m trying to work on.
Right now I’m 20, 5’2 and sitting at 223 pounds.
My 21st birthday is December 31st 2020 and my goal that I think is achievable is to be 195 pounds by then !
I’m posting for accountability so I can read back on this post if I feel like going on a junk food binge, and to motivate myself to get to my goal :)
