How do I help my sister who is now morbidly obese?

I have never brought up her weight to her. I never thought it was my place. My sister has always been bigger but she did rock is well. its interesting because the rest of my family is small. Like I struggle to gain weight yet we are full sisters (and I never bring up this struggle to her either). Which I know has to be even harder on her.

She has come to me for food advice before and mentioned a lot she is unhappy with her weight but it has been a few months now. I don’t think my food advice is the best since it’s normally on intuitive eating and I know that doesn’t work for everyone but I have advised to go to a therapist for the struggle since she knows it comes from anxiety.

I just recently saw her for the first time in a while, and she has gained a lot of weight. I am now really scared for her health. My parents are really worried for her health and keep asking what we can all do. I still haven’t said anything to her. I love her and don’t want to body shame her or make her feel worse about her weight and make her turn to food more. but it is to the point I am worried about her mobility and losing my little sister early. She is active so that’s not the issue. We live kinda far from each other. How do I help her?? Thank you!
