I lost 17 pounds in May (+first week of June), but have been stagnant since. Tomorrow, I'm going to start losing the remaining 78 lbs to reach my goal.

At the start of May, I began running every day and eating less than 1800 calories. I could barely run when I started, but by the end I could run 54 minutes. Around June 5th, I got burnt out and picked up a slight back injury. I lost my rhythm, and over the past few weeks I've only sporadically ran and I've ate closer to maintenance. I'm ready to get back at it. I'm going to set a firm cap at 2000 calories (adding some since my runs are way longer) a day and resume my daily running program (possibly rotating in some easy run days to prevent burn out). I'll update at the start of August, and hopefully by then I'll be down an additional 15 lbs.
