SW: 121 kg CW: 111 kg GW: 80 kg
When I started calorie counting, I was thinking i am too weak to keep up with any diet whatsoever. But counting made me realize it's easier than it seems! Granted, it took me a year to get here. I had some ups and downs, but what counts is that I made it. My first huge goal mark is done.
Second goal is really close - 3 more kilos and I'll no longer be obese. That's huge! And it feels soooooo good.
Then I'll focus on being in two digit weight. That marks the half-time for me, 20 kgs lost, 20 more to go. And slowly but steadily I will get to my goal weight, always focusing on the next goal that I set for myself.
Today I'm saving my calories for a burger for dinner, I deserve it.
Thank you all for being such an amazing community that helps us all achieve our goals <3 I would never make it without this amazing subreddit.
