Teen with body issues

I will delete this soon but until then, Hello to whomever might see this, I now recognize that I have physical issues that I am ready to finally solve, after I almost passed out after PE class. slowly but surely, I want to solve every problem and will take very seriously every piece of advice here

In two months I'll be turning sixteen, I am about 1.8 meters high and dropped from 83 kg to a cool 79 (I'm still considered obese I think), yet I am incapable of doing more than 3 pushups. I have asthma, It hurts for me to walk correctly so I walk on my toes for some reason, and I am very weak and feel very bad with myself.

I also have manboobs, although my left one is bigger then my right and a large chested body structure, complete with a complete lack of excercise.

I have been made fun of in school too many times, people ridiculing me for how I walk, and how I look.

I will provide further info if anyone asks for it. Honestly I am willing to go through surgery with a 50 percent survival rate just to be a bit more normal, I'm just tired of my own laziness and unwillingness to move my body 1 inch away from a computer.
