I've been trying to lose weight for two weeks now, and there's been no movement on the scale or in measurements. My scale doesn't read weights as high as I am, so I'm somewhere 150kg+ at 5'6" (168cm). I've been eating at 1700 cals per day, since this is the maintenance intake of my goal weight. I've been tracking my food intake religiously and have mostly stayed under 1700 or exceeded by only one or two hundred calories, never enough to put me over my current BMR or sedentary calorie intake.
So, what am I doing wrong? I'm not about to give up or anything but its a little scary to do what you're supposed to to lose weight and for nothing to happen :(
