Losing weight made me feel fuller easier

This is quite random, but does anybody else feel like this? I've recently lost 30 pounds through calorie counting and exercise (pilates and yoga 25 mins a day, 2-3 times a week).

Before I lost weight, I would snack a lot alongside eating three huge meals a day. I would eat multiple candy bars, a huge bowl of cereal, and a sandwich while getting ready for dinner. I find that it's a lot of me not being aware of my habits and not drinking enough water as well.

Ever since I did lose weight, I started to feel full easier. I also started to eat a lot of healthier meals as well. For example, today I ate salmon baked with lemon slices, and some brown rice. I finished say, half of it earlier in the day, then the other half a few hours ago. I also started to drink lots of water too, mainly in between meals and sometimes drink water when I'm bored. I also drink gatorade zero from time to time because it's so low calorie. So maybe that could be to why I feel fuller. Has anyone else felt this way?
