Is it realistic to want to lose 60 pounds in the next six months to a year?

I’m 19 and my height is about 5’5”. Ive always been on the “heavier” side when it comes to weight. The last time I was below 130 pounds was when I was 12. My weight has always averaged between 135 and 140. However, this quarantine, I started new medication that made me eat more and was in general very sedentary and my weight went up to 175 pounds (the highest I’ve ever been). I’ve never been happy with my weight even before this and have always had a goal weight of 115 pounds.

What are some ways of realistically going about this?

For starters, I’m seeing a dietician and in general, her only advice is for me to cut out carbs and juices which is a really easy thing for me to do- she doesn’t believe in calorie counting so she tells me to eat in moderation and be mindful of how I feel while I’m eating (meaning if I feel full I should stop eating). I have a heart condition so I can’t really do cardio or high intensity exercises because I risk fainting. However, I do a chloe ting work out session each morning. Even after doing all this, I still feel like it’s not enough for me to lose all the weight that I want in the next six months.

Any tips and tricks?
