I’m starting again.

I’ve been trying to lose weight for my entire life. As long as I can remember, I’ve been overweight, or at least chunkier than I should be. I’m now 23, almost 24. My highest weight is 375lb, my current weight is 350lb, and my ultimate goal is 180lb. I have been through the ringer of diets and exercise routines and by now the trauma of failing at these things has kept me from even starting them.

But, I’ve been looking at this subreddit and at r/progresspics, and I’ve decided I want to try again. So this time I’ve downloaded Noom, to start where my habits are worst: food. It’s already been four days and I don’t want to get ahead of myself, but it feels like this is gonna be it. Even if I fall off the wagon, I can get right back on it this time.
