I'm M16 6'2 and 280lbs.

I saw a post on here saying "all diets work". But I need help picking through the more "useful" ones I guess my parents are also overweight and I'm the only one in the family who cares about losing weight (my goal is to be eligible for the air force) so they aren't supportive at all well they aren't against it but they certainly aren't helping. So anyways I just need help with getting on track with the right diet (I know there is and isn't one) and stuff I already have a decent workout routine and I've lost a couple pounds but I just need to work on my diet

TL;DR Help with a good robust diet plan
