I’m giving up

I can’t lose weight. I’ve been doing this for about 3 weeks and it seems like no matter how much or how little I eat I end up around the same weight. I tried counting my calories and I roughly eat 1000-1200 calories a day and exercise for an hour 3 times a week. I’m quite short (4’11) so this is okay with me.

My only issue is that I had an eating disorder. I’m scared that because of what I used to do I can’t lose weight anymore and I’m not trying to starving myself again. But I’m genuinely overweight right now and I just want to get to somewhere I’m comfortable again. I’m seriously considering giving up and it sucks. What other methods should I try?
