I was 125lbs at once point and now I'm 160. I need to change.

I was 125 when I was around 22-23 now I'm 25 and hit 160 (I'm 5"6.) I kept on procrastinating on doing any sort of exercise and eating healthy but now I'm quite sick of looking in the mirror and thinking, "jeez, yeah you need to lose weight but you need to be HEALTHY." I started taking a conscious effect on my eating and exercise habits a week ago but then I fell off after a sudden occurence in my life. After 4 days I thought, "there really isn't an excuse good enough to not take care of myself." So, here I am, after just finishing doing a workout and feeling both like shit and great ready to start back up again. It would be great if I could have a buddy to help push me along and to motivate one another.
