This is quite difficult to explain and word so please bear with me!
I carry most of my weight around my stomach area, my waist is around 38-39 inches for perspective. I have been working hard on losing weight and so far have managed to lose around half a stone.
My stomach always looks really round, I actually look 7 months pregnant sometimes if I'm having a particularly bad day
Earlier I was prodding my stomach (as you do) and I noticed that I actually have quite a thin layer of soft flabby fat, then its something hard. When I push down further on the hard layer it feels like I'm pushing towards the inside of my stomach (almost like my stomach is made up of air). Is this hard layer the outside of my stomach area? If so does that mean that when I lose more weight and lose the soft flabby layer, I'll still have a protruding, bloated stomach?
Has anyone else experienced this? Did you stomach get slimmer even though you were really bloated? Is it the outer layer of my stomach area or is it still fat that for some reason is harder?
I've convinced myself that when I lose more weight I'll still have a huge stomach and I feel really disheartened now. Thank you
Edit: title should say THIN layer of fat, not thing
