Hi all!
I'm new here so if this isn't the appropriate place to post this I apologize.
I just started trying to eat healthy and exercise. I was/am a sedentary person so I haven't been doing much for exercise, just a little bit of walking and I'm gasping and almost puking but its a start.
The thing that is bothering me is my diet. I've only just started so I'm still not doing it completely healthy, but I'm trying to do the Mediterranean diet. The thing is, as soon as I finish eating I'm STARVING. for example, I had baked fish and Brussels Sprouts for dinner. I was hungry almost as soon as I put the fork down. I've tried to do this diet before and failed because of this. The thing is, as soon as I eat crappy fast food, I'm full.
So why is this? Do I just need to get used to being hungry? Am I doing something wrong? Any tips are appreciated!
