How To Lose Weight After Gaining Back

Hello,

I was wondering how to lose weight after gaining it back. I am a 19-year-old male (5 8' and ~167 pounds) and am hoping to get to 157 pounds by within the next few months. I originally started at 189 pounds but reached 158 by using MyFitnessPal and exercising a little (a diet of mostly iced black tea, greek yogurt, tomato omelets, and bean burritos). Unfortunately, I was shocked by the amount of weight lost at the time since I rarely weighed myself and had bad stomach cramps, so I basically stopped dieting fearing I had some sort of underlying illness. It turns out I was fine, but I didn't realize that I was in the upper 160 range until recently (winter certainly didn't help either). I sort of blame it on a combination of stress from college and not logging calories. I have a treadmill at home, but due to the pandemic, I don't move as much as I did when at college and work. I was wondering what I should do to get on track because right now I feel so sedentary and disappointed and want to be healthier. The same technique of 1500-1600 calories without that much exercise is not working like it used to.
