Hi everyone,
I’m not sure if there’s a true answer to this, but I would love to hear some feedback on this.
I have struggled my entire life with my weight, fortunately deciding to change it in college where I lost around 85 pounds. Sadly, this whole quarantine and working from home had added a few pounds to my stomach and I want to nip it in the bud.
I generally eat well and count calories all day, but towards the evenings I open up a bag a chips and don’t look back. Then, it snowballs - right to the ice cream or cookies I go.
My question: are there any tips or tricks that may help stop this whole binge eating thing that continuously stops my progress?
Thanks for the feedback!
