Healthy food on limited budget?

Hello. Like many others , last few months hit me on money and weight side(99->108kg). The problem is that I was basically forced to switch to dirty cheap food which goes which while helping me to cope with money issue (seriously now food cost only like 60usd per month) it pretty much devastated my protein/minerals/vitamins in diet and I don't know when money allows me to get back to +-8 USD per day on food which was enough with how prices of fruits/vegetable/meat is here(Czech Republic). I am looking for suggestions on how to find at least somewhat okish middle ground while keeping it in affordable price? Average income here after tax is like 1400usd per month, minimum 500usd per month , for those used to usa based askers.
