So week ago I started dieting- the only sweets I ate was small chocolate waffle and homemade sweet bun (and I added only small amount of maple syrup) I'm tracking my calories thanks to myfitnesspal and trying not to cross 1200 kcal. My SW was 186,3 lbs (84,7 kg) and today, week after I am 178,6 lbs (81,2 kg). I lost 7,7 lbs (3,5 kg). I know most of it is a water weight, but I feel so much better. Pants I bought last week and I could barely squize in them now are just fine. My face is not so swollen also my belly is not so round. I hope I maintain my healthy habits- 5 small meals, almost no sweets and no salty snacks- my only salty snack is baked cheakpeas (around 250 kcal/100 g). I hope in next week I'll be under 80 kg (176lbs) and in the end of summer I'll be less than 70kg (154lbs). My goal weight is 60/58 kg amd I want to achieve it before half of November.
