Feeling like shit..

I've been living with my sister and her husband in a different state over the past 2 weeks and just got home. The first thing I did when I got back to my house was weigh myself, and then I felt like trash.

I left at 159 LBs, and now I'm like 169. Gained literally 10 lbs in like 10 days. What the fuck is wrong with me? How does that even happen? I don't even feel like I ate that much.

I knew I'd be gaining *some* weight because they eat a lot over there - I assumed I'd gain like 2 or 3 lbs, not TEN. TEN pounds takes like 2 months to get rid of at this weight class. Fucking hell. This is mostly just a vent post. Oh well, at least I can hide in my room thanks to quarantine and not have to go to work/school or anything looking like shit haha...Anyone else relate to this happening to them?

Also, does anyone else feel like they're destined to be fat if they're not literally starving themselves? I swear if I eat more than 1.5 meals a day I end up fat....I hate my genetics.
