Feeling helpless, think I might not be capable of losing weight.

23F 5’5” CW: 205. I’ve been around this weight for 5 years. Before, I was around 190 and got down to 145 through strict calorie restriction, then back up to 200+.

I have tried everything. I exercise, count calories, tried keto, tried IF, got off birth control, eat lots of veggies - but I am hungry literally constantly. I could eat three burritos or a whole pizza and still not be full. It drives me absolutely crazy - I’ll have just finished a huge meal, but still want food so badly it brings me to tears. I have no strength left to say no. I’m constantly itching to eat something. My doctor refers me to my therapist and my therapist refers me to my doctor.

Has anyone else gone through this and figured something out?
