Hello everyone and today is my first day of actually going to workout. I weighed in this morning at 278lbs and I am really wanting to get down to a weight were I can loose my man fat in the chest, and have a smaller stomach. I want to do this for my health and to overall look better. I do need help though on my workout routine and also food and portion sizes. Below are the links to my day 1 pictures, and I will post a picture every single week until get to a good zone that you guys think I should get to. Along with this I would like to ask if anyone could maybe send me some motivation every day so that I dont act lazy and actually go out and work out that would be very helpful. I am trying to get this weight off fast, but safely, so i can go and try out for the end of summer basketball league that my school has.
