I’m 16 F/ 5’8”/ SW 180/ CW 162~163
I’ve been eating around 1200 calories every day, sometimes I go below but I never feel hungry or deprived (I do try to take multivitamins though). Most of my calories come from protein and I exercise around 4 times a week. I dance for around 20-40 minutes depending on my mood, do some body weight exercises (i work different muscle groups), and I do hiit once a week. Other than that I’m pretty sedentary, especially now that it’s quarantine and I have nothing to do so I was wondering if I could plausibly lose 2 pounds per week doing this. I’ve checked calculators but they all give me conflicting information so I’m confused.
-I also know that a lot of people say that losing weight to fast can cause you to gain it back but I feel like I’m actually developing healthy habits, I have crashed in the past before but that’s because I was eating even less than I do now. But I’m starting to enjoy exercising and I find myself leaning towards healthy foods. I also indulge if I feel like it but I don’t really get cravings anymore.
