I read that you can start damaging your heart if you lose weight too fast, typically, faster than 2lbs a week. But according to my weight, I've lost around 4.4 pounds in less than 2 weeks, and it's made me a bit scared. I'm male, 18, 5' 3", and I'm eating around 1500kcal a day, +/- 50. I'm not really exercising, apart from running up and down my stairs many times a day, but other than that, nothing, really. My TDEE is around 1900 calories, according to the damnripped.com calculator, and the tdeecalculator.com calculator. Also, another thing that worries me, is that it seems like my body fat percentage isn't going down. At 220lbs, my waist line was ~47 inches, which gives approx. 38% body fat, and now around 200lbs, ~45 inches, still 38% body fat. That's not a good sign, is it? Is there a way I can start building a bit of muscle without having to focus too much on macronutrients?
