Scared to increase calories

Ok so I have tried using these calculators online, however they all give varying results. I am 20 m and 6 foot and currently at 154lbs. I feel like this is a suitable weight after dieting eating 1500 calories a day for months.

However I now want to increase my calories so I am still slightly losing weight. I was thinking 1800 calories / day. I don't do much exercise at the moment due to the Gyms being shut, however I do go for the occasional bike ride / weight lifting session.

The only worry I am having is that increasing this much will mean I start to gain weight rather than lose it.

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
